Being a Realtor is being a counselor for possibly the largest financial decision of your life. That is important! Your money must be treated like my money. So it makes no difference if my client is selling or buying in addition to market expertise I need to be able to look at myself in the mirror. My client is treated like a family member (a loveable family member, haha!). My business motto: to give you enough information to make a good decision.
