Get to Know Susan McCoy

My name is Susan McCoy. I have been a licensed Realtor since 1999. I began my career in real estate as a licensed assistant for my sister who had been in real estate since 1989. Together we worked as a team and was among the top producers in South Carolina for our company. During that time, I also worked as a Real Estate Paralegal in a local attorney's office in Easley. After my sister moved to another part of the state, I began my career with Prudential as an assistant to one of their top producers. I am proud to say that I am now a full time Realtor for Prudential in the Powdersville location. I am honored to be a part of a team that is totally dedicated to providing the type of customer service that I feel every client deserves.

I have lived in Easley my entire life. I have been happily married to Derrick for 34 years. We have two daughters that grew up in Easley, attended Pickens County Schools, graduated from local colleges and  are now both married to wonderful young men and we have our first grandbaby. Carter arrived on December 2, 2006.

I feel my past and present knowledge of real estate helps me to provide the utmost in customer service and professionalism. I strive to make this transaction as smooth a transition as possible for my clients. I still believe in the "Golden Rule."

"Making Dreams Come True"

I love to work with First Time Home Buyers. A lot of the time these are young couples just starting out. I feel that I want those clients to be treated as I wanted my children to be treated. That is one of the biggest decision that anyone makes, and it needs to be the right one for that paticular buyer.

Of course, I love working with all types of buyers...Everyone is treated the same, whether you are buying a starter home or a million dollar property.

I also love to list property. Every property has a job is to get the information about my listings to every agent possible, so in turn they can bring those buyers!

I can never, and would never, promise you that I can sell your home, but I CAN promise you that I will do everything in my power to see that it gets the best advertising and the best promotion possible so that it can sell!
