As the field of real estate has become more and more reliant upon technology I have kept pace with changes and am able to better target and pinpoint my clients' needs use a variety of online sites and devices to both market homes and find them "on the fly." I always keep in mind that in this market of bank-owned, investor-owned, and government-owned foreclosures as well as short sales and auctions, most of my buyers and sellers need to be educated (not patronized) on the processes involved and how these types of sales work, the hurdles and pitfalls, and the requirement to have financing nailed down as soon as possible
I love to teach! I train new realtors in my office (alexUSrealty.com in Jensen Beach) and I love "educating" buyers and sellers. Let's face it - in this market just about customer is a "first timer," if they have never bought or sold a short sale or foreclosed property.
