Dario started in direct sales 20 years ago this year, selling Vacuum cleaners door to door. Dario spent 10 years in that business in which he became a top sales person and manager.Learning sales skills and negotiating techniques was some great training for Real Estate! I have a passion for people. I am intriqued by the many different people I meet and there incredible lives and stories! The old saying "PEOPLE BEFORE PROFITS" is a slogan used by a local bank is a very true description of how I run my daily business operation.
I love working residential sales and also do lots of work with strata units in the Valley. I have been a top performer with the board every year licensed. I make my business fun and have always said "THE DAY I HATE MY JOB, IS THE DAY I HANG UP MY LICENSE'!
I have a business background and also do a fair amount of work in Commercial Real Estate. I enjoy working on leases,franchise's, businesses,multifamily units, and new construction sales, and industrial sales. The name "Super Dario" came along by a fluke in another business I owned and operated. I spent 7 years has a owner of a BELLA ROMA'S PIZZA and my clients loved my pizza pie. They complimented me and called it "Super Pizza made by Super Dario" well, the name stuck like fresh mozza on a pizza, the rest is history.
