I started at KW in August of 2008, Joined a Team (which at that time was two dude's and an office), and took action... Whatever action I could get, haha. The goal at that time was to pursue REO accounts and get Bank Owned listings which we succeeded at doing.  One of my contributions to this was doing Broker Price Opinions (BPO) in an effort to get our name and work in front of asset managers.  Since my start I've done well over 2,000 price opinions in Island, Skagit, Whatcom, Snohomish County and King County.  The BPO's have given me a much broader scope of the market than I could of ever expected to get from them.  I know my market areas at the highest level possible because I am writing reports on them almost every single day.          I don't miss a beat because I can't and my #1 priority is ALWAYS to make sure I've done everything in my power to help my Clients achieve their Real Estate Goals.

Management          (Making sure my Buyers and Sellers are staying updated and any problems that arise are confronted)
