In March of 2008 I started my real estate sales career at the bottom of a turbulent market. During this periord the market has just collasped with the real estate bubble bursting, and predatory lending being exposed. The industry was weak and barron which weeded out the faddish Realtors. Conversely, this experience honed my skills and forced me to developed my niche in the Short Sale/Foreclosure arena.
