Get to Know Steven Tucker

I am a Montgomery native, and only spent four years outside of the state while serving in the U.S. Navy as an enlisted submarine radioman.  In 1998 I obtained my first job in the mortgage industry as a systems administrator in the loan servicing department of a local mortgage company. I transitioned from servicing to eventually loan origination as a loan officer.  During my 10 years in the mortgage banking business I also purchased several rental homes, turned various flip properties, and assisted investors with similar real estate investments. From mortgage banking onto an active role in assisting buyers and sellers directly I became a licensed real estate agent.  Two years later a broker.

Today I work with a great company with an outstanding network of mortgage bankers, attorney's, contractors, insurance agents, and just about any other industry that you can think of to assist my clients with the ever changing aspect of property buying and selling.

I specialize in assisting investors with flip and rental properties.  Our offices and myself work a great deal with all forms of foreclosed property as well.  From threatening foreclosures where a "short sale" negotiation may be necessary, to court house auctions, Government owned property such as HUD Homes, and also bank owned property.

I work hard with every client through a real estate relationship, not just a real estate transaction.  So, in Montgomery, Elmore, and Autauga counties and a few other surrounding areas, "Call me, and Start Packing".  Steven Tucker, Century 21 Brandt Wright Realty 334.300.1380

Certifications

As a former mortgage banking professional I specialize in First Time Home Buyer purchases.  The process is never easy and can be very over whelming.  I have a great network of mortgage professionals that also understands the importance of step by step processing for a first time purchaser.

As a veteran I specialize in V.A. purchases and military relocation. Our company works hand in hand with U.S.A.A., and I understand many other issues and concerns that our military faces with relocating their families during times of service.  With attention to details I overcome issues pertaining to: limited time to view properties, additional information needing researched pertaining to school districts or crime rates, V.A. eligibility certifications (often necessitates a call directly to the Veterans Administration to regain eligibility for veterans who have used their entitlement in the past). Specific power of attorney needs, and even general power of attorney usages in very limited circumstances for our our seas veterans during war time. Again, I work closely with experience mortgage banking professionals that are also very detailed and understanding to the needs of our veterans.

As an experienced property flipper, and rental property owner I am highly specialized in investment property purchases.  Today's investor is no longer looking for a great deal, they are looking for the BEST DEAL.  With a plethora of foreclosed property it is important to work with someone who knows, or even experienced some of the pitfalls with "as-is" purchases. I have a network of referring assest managers, attorneys, and other agents that keep me in the loop of upcoming properties for my investors.
