My first and foremost goal is to understand my clients real estate goals and help them achieve these goals.  My philosophy is to work with a small group of clients who are focused and motivated so that I can deliver truly custom and personal service.  I don't believe in the one size fits all approach.  In my previous work in the medical field I moved around quite a bit and took note of what made a great agent.  I've tried to draw from all these influences as well as develop my own tools to differentiate myself from other agents.  The one component I firmly believe in is the 'fit' of the agent and the client - it does matter as both the agent and client are working together to achieve that clients goals.  I'm happy to provide my professional real estate services to you. - Steve
