Well for those of you reading this who don't already know me. I was born in Falmouth and have never left. I love this town and have built alot of great friendships through the years. I have been through the school system in this town and as an adult I am still very close with most of the teachers in this town.

I am a very motivated and also very thorough. I like things done on time and done correctly. Why am I telling you this, well because thats not always the case in the Real Estate industry. I make it my job to get things done on time and done correctly, because when I bought my home it was not like that at all. It was a complete disaster. We found a house got preapproved and then there was delay after delay. My wife and I had to move in with family because our lease was up and we couldn't close yet. When we finally did close and the dust settled and we got on with our lives, I thought about how I could make a difference in this Industry. I make it a point to stay in contact with my clients every step of the way.

During my home buying process I had several different agents. I did the whole call who ever has their name on the sign, that so many people do. Well that all stopped when I called about a house and we were met by the woman who's name was on the sign. She was very informative and she treated us like we were old friends , and that was a great feeling  for us as i'm sure it would be for anyone making the biggest purchase of their life.

So she was the one who we worked with for the rest of our search and when we found our home, she fought tirelessly for us with the listing agent and our bank to get things done so we could move. Now granted we did have tons of obsticles because of the type of home we bought but she was very dilligent in contacting us and keeping us in the loop. When we were overwhelmed she was there for us. Right up until move in day. Actually she is now one of our close frends.

Well I now have my license and have become a Realtor. I have worked for my families seafood restaurant since I was old enough to work. I started out washing dishes and worked up the ladder to management, so working to please people just comes as second nature to me now. Just like when you go out to eat you want hot, great tasting food at a fair price. I work very hard to give you the same satisfaction when buying or selling a home.
