I've worked in commercial and residential real estate over the last 15 years. I am licensed in the state of California and have had years of continuing education and real life practice that you cannot learn from ANY book!! I am also practicing property management for clients that have real estate in the Central Valley and Northern California. I am well versed in handling city/county departments for property nuisance and weed abatement and have been extremely successful in getting things done in short amount of time avoiding penalties. I've also been very successful in getting penalties reversed or lowered. Its such a bummer when people use your property for their personal dump and then the city/county charges you for getting rid of it!! What a crime!!
Certifications
I specialize in real state both commercial and residential. I mostly take listings and make sure that you and the property get the best interpretation of the given market. It changes daily so I offer weekly reports on activity. Lots of paperwork, but I find that my clients are happy with the reports and know that the market is being watched and that I am actually working on their property opposed to just putting a sign up and hoping a fellow agent brings in a buyer.
