For almost three years, Donovan Steltzner, Esq., has provided real estate closing, escrow and title services to real estate agents, loan officers, banks and title companies. Since opening his doors in 2004, Mr. Steltzner has closed close to two thousand loans of all types.
Our commitment to serving our clients is paramount. We accomodate evening and (in some select instances) weekend closings either at our Rock Hill office or at a location of the borrower's choosing. WE WILL TRAVEL, so your borrower/client doesn't have to come to our office if the distance is going to be a major problem for them.
While it can be said that, among all the professionals involved in the real estate process, our job is by far the easiest, the job of the closing attorney is certainly no less integral - indeed, SC law requires the use of attorneys to "shepherd" the process.
The Steltzner Law Firm does real estate. That's pretty much all we do - it's 95% of our practice. Whether it's a purchase closing with multiple parties or just a home equity line of credit, reverse mortgages, or transactions involving out-of-state parties, or even if it's as simple as preparing a quitclaim deed, we've done it many times before, and we know what it takes to get the deal closed.
