What sets you apart from other agents/loan officers?  you deserve an agent that will look after your best interest.  My motto is, your bottom line is my bottom line.  Buying a home is an investment that can make or break your bank over the years.  It's my job to make sure that you get the best service available, but more important it is my responsibility to protect your financial bottom line.  I work primarily with investors, most of which flip houses on a regular basis.  If they are not making a profit they will find another agent.  To date I have not been fired yet. 

I give equal care to buyers and sellers that choose to place their home needs with me.  I feel I have a responsibility to get my clients the best deal possible,  this translates for me into more referells and more business.
