| “…I was relocating from Des Moines and found out there was a lot more to the Cleveland area than I knew. I came across Stan’s information and background on Face book and decided to give him a call. He had a weekend full of tours set up with my family and isolated the homes to those that been reduced, been on the market for a while and were in the square feet (as I had asked). I was able to put together with him an accepted offer and was on the flight home the same night. Two weeks latter he had the inspection set up as well my kids school info and local sports info for my two sons so they could jump into a program while we had a temporary stay here in Avon.
