My love for real estate began at age 19 when I sat for my first real estate exam in Louisiana.  Since that time my husband a nd I have bought and sold several properties in which I honed my skills of “staging” and selling properties for “top dollar”. I was “staging” before I even knew that there was such a term for setting my properties apart from the others on the market. 

I am no longer selling real estate in Washington as an agent.  I now spend my time researching real estate buyer trends in Skagit, Whatcom, Island, and Snohomish Counties.  It is my desire to be a real asset to my clients.  As a property investor myself, I know the meaning of hidden equity and I know how to maximize profits
