The Broker/Owner entered this business in 1983.  Her professional background has experience working for a builder as a double entry bookkeeper and assisted in building a subdivision.  She submitted plans and specifications to the Veterans Administration and the Federal Housing Authority for building commitments and loan accessibility for government lending.  When the subdivision was complete she began a career as a mortgage loan processor and promoted to the loan closing department.  With this mortgage experience she can give you, the seller or buyer, whether refinancing or home purchase, the right mortgage advice that you might need in order to make a sound decision in your next real estate investment. During this time in the mortgage business the interest rates were at double digit status.  In the late 80's mortgage companies were closing left and right.  The mortgage company closed.  She then went to work for the best Real Estate closing attorney in the local industry. During this time she was also going to class and obtaining her North Carolina Real Estate License.  Since then she has been ranked in the top 10% with the local Fayetteville Board of Realtors Association.
