Get to know Steve Spicer
I have been actively involved in Central Texas real estate since the early 90's and in Houston since 2011. I am a salesperson. Many real estate professionals will give themselves fancy names but the bottom line is, we're all sales people. Some of us though, are professionals and I am one of those. I have been involved in sales for over 20 years. It is my career and I am a professional.
As a professional, I make it my business to know my product inside and out. I have worked not only as a Realtor, but also in the title business and with mortgage professionals. This experience has given me several advantages that customers can use. One of those is my extensive network of other professionals. This network consists of title company reps, lenders, inspectors and other real estate professionals.
I was also a State-certified Mandatory Continuing Education (MCE) Instructor. Not only was I approved to teach elective courses, but I also was trained to teach Legal Update and Ethics. Both of these courses are required to be taken by all licensed real estate agents in Texas.
And, I am a stickler for contact. I respond to my clients needs almost as quickly as the requests come in. I don't like to wait around for information and therefore do not make my clients wait.
I love to workout. I have completed triathlons and half-marathons. I am signed up to complete my first full Marathon in January of 2015.
I work and live in Bastrop County. My real estate focus is here centering on the towns of Bastrop and Smithville, Texas. One of the areas that I have experience in is properties on the Colorado River. If folks are looking for a lifestyle that they will find carefree and easy, the river or the lake is a great place and I can help them find it.
