Since I started SLS Home Inspections as a Kankakee and Bourbonnais home inspector in 2007, I have used my 30+ years of lumber, contractor, and wholesale building materials sales and service experience to help home buyers understand the issues and explain the concerns of their new home. A Home Inspection is an important part of any home sale. We service cities and towns in Kankakee, Will, Cook, Grundy and Iroquois counties including Bourbonnais, Bradley, Kankakee, Manteno, Momence, Watseka, Wilmington, Herscher, Peotone, Beecher, Frankfort, New Lenox, Richton Park, Matteson, Monee, Mokena, Coal City, Clifton, Chebanse, Morris, Beecher, Minooka, Crete, Braidwood, Coal City and more.
We provide every client with same day delivery of a detailed narrative style inspection report (never a checklist style) with an easy to read summary page including digital photos.
Every client also receives a free copy of "Now That You've had a Home Inspection", a 96 page guide to preserving the value of your home.
We are also certified for mold and air quality testing. Our lab sends the results the same day the lab receives the samples. We can help you get back your healthy home.
We will be your building consultant for life, when you stop calling with questions, I'll stop answering them.
If your first deal falls through for any reason, there is a $50 discount for a second inspection of a different home within 45 days after first inspection with the same Realtor.

He was very professional; He knew where there could be a problem and where there was not likely to be one. He was fair and upstanding in his pricing, and did not do any mold tests that were not needed. He is very kind and helpful, very conscientious and trustworthy.
