| Our experience with Stu has been buying a home (twice). Stu was very patient in helping us find a home that was both in our price range and included our necessary amenities. During our first experience with Stu he spent over 9 months finding us a home that would accommodate our family's necessities. He took me to all corners of pima, pinal, and santa cruz counties. He found our family a home that we lived in for over 12 years. The cost of fuel forced us to look for a home closer to Tucson. We called Stu Samovitz. This time he had my wife and daughters to deal with. He put us in a new home in less than 2 months. Stu asks questions to understand what you want in a home and he finds you what you want. He even has patience when you change your mind about what you want. He knows the business and can advise you on what to do and what not to do when buying a home. For example, he knows mortgage rates and works with excellent lenders to find the best rates possible. We are now challenging Stu with the opportunity to sell the first home we purchased in 2001. | We first met Stu in 1993. Stu became aware that we had placed a deposit of $1,000 with a builder who went bankrupt and was not returning our deposit. He (Stu) aided in our recovery of the deposit. He then displayed great patience in showing numerous homes to us until we found the perfect place for our needs. We remained in contact with Stu over the next ten years finding him to be helpful in locating a reliable source when we did not know whom to call to make necessary home repairs. Our experience with Stu was so good that when it became obvious that our ages were such that we needed to move closer to immediate family he was the only one we considered to resell our Green Valley home in 2013, Stu is a true professional that we explicitly trust. | We bought our house with Stu help in 2004,on he was great and we became friends with him Sue.In 2008 my husband became ill,and we had to sell,I called Stu from Co and he put it on the market and had in sold in two months,and this was all done 0n line.All we had to do was come,and move our stuff from our home,and back to Co. |

| Stu did a fantastic job of selling my mom's house! I lived in a different state and when my mom got sick, it was my responsibility to sell her house.
