I have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources which, I think, allows me to better communicate with people and to help facilitate negotiations between parties.  Working as a Paralegal for over ten years in the area of family law enabled me the ability to work closely with people going through difficult situations and now I use that experience in the relationships I create with my clients.  I also have a law degree which greatly comes in handy with all the paperwork that we have to complete in a real estate transaction.
