Welcome to Real Time Realty Trainers or (RT)2 Our new hybrid style of one on one mentoring and group coaching is designed to prepare you for the real estate career that lies ahead. Our instructors are practicing real estate agents who want to pass on their knowledge and experiences to a new group of up and coming agents. Now, our program is not set up like your typical classroom setting but more of an open workshop atmosphere where everyone participates with a strong emphasis on brainstorming and Q&A sessions. Classes will be held once a week in our Westlake Village and Oxnard locations. There is no upfront cost for our program which means it is FREE of cost to you! We work on a contingency basis, which means, we don't get paid until you get paid. How Do Coaching Sessions Work? We tailor our approach to your individual needs and goals as a business person. Class sessions are based on a continual process of assessment, goal setting, action steps and back to assessment. You can choose to work individually or as part of a group.Individual coaching takes place in the comfort of your home or your office. Individual sessions are optimal when they are held at least two times a week. How Does Group Coaching Work? Group coaching is done weekly in our two Ventura County locations . Groups are coached on a weekly basis for 60-90 minutes. Each group consists of people who currently hold a real estate license and those who are not licensed. Some advantages of group coaching are the creation of a support system, deep self-awareness, a safe environment for experiments, multiple perspectives and passive learning. Participants focus on important goals, how to achieve them and accountability. How Long Is the Process? Our group course is spread out over a 9 week period and consist of 9 Core Topics. Even after you have take the full course you can retake any portion of the program as many times as you like One on one sessions are on going and scheduling is made on a case by case basis
