Spartak Hovakimyan is a Real Estate Broker at New Era Properties servicing the San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles area. He began his real estate career as a Broker's Assistant at William J. Haverly and Associates.  In 2006, he later joined Fidelity Real Estate Group in Glendale where was recognized as a Top Producer and a distinguished member of the "Young Professionals Group" within the firm.

With understanding of the economic market shift and changes, Spartak has since become a Certified Short Sale Specialist having closed over 60 Short Sale transactions within the past 3 years.  He holds a Bachelor's Degree in both Finance and Real Estate from California State University of Northridge.  Having a Finance degree and experience as a Loan Officer, he is able to provide his clients with unparalleled knowledge, service and expertise.
