My highest level of expertise is in listing and selling.  Real estate is complex in today's market.  There about 50 different tasks under this umbrella of real estate.  Proficiency is the key.  I have found it so beneficial for buyers and sellers to really  plan out a projected timeline for living in the house.  The knowledge of cash flow is essential. Buying or selling a home can also become an emotional system, psychologists tell us this is right up there for stress such as divorce, death.  However, it also must be a good sound financial decision. 

 Attitude is another one of my strengths.  People are buying and selling houses every day.  I have had people ask me how I have been so successful this past year, particularly coming out of management and not a lot of repeat business. Simple, provide intelligent, good honest service and stay in touch constantly.
