 In establishing our real estate company, our goal was to create an experience for our clients that surpassed their expectations. What sets us apart is the way we work as a team, with all 8 of us, our clients are assured of being well taken care of at any point of their interaction with REDD MCCARTY REALTORS.

We became the experts in Southern Oregon for our knowledge of the area, wise investments, and understanding of the real estate market locally as well as nationally. We are professional, yet caring individuals who put our clients best interest above all else. From the amount of referrals we receive, I would say we are what our clients want when they search for a real estate professional.

It is unusual for a real estate office to be completely desiginated, but we insist on higher education for all of us. Agents are only required to have 15 hours of education yearly in Oregon. We all have over 40 hours per year, PER AGENT! The desiginations show that an agent is committed to a higher level of sevice than the regular agent. Designations give us a greater in depth understanding of how to make certain aspects of the transaction more valuable to our clients.

The Quality Service Guarantee we provide assures our clients of getting exactly what we have offered. We have an independent company send out reviews and then we are graded on our ability to follow through on what we have said we will do. This is then posted online.

Other areas of advanced education we have are: the SRES designation, which allows us to help Seniors manoeuvre better with all the estate planning they have to do, and extra care and time they often need. The CRS designation which is only held by 4% of the agents in the country, allows us to network with an incredible group of agents and gives us on going education to stay ahead of the market, which we then pass on to our clients. Another desigination we carry is the E-PRO which keeps us ahead of the game with technology, so we can get the information to our clients faster and again it keeps our clients in the the front of the game. Another designation which helps our sellers keep more equity in their pocket is the ASP designation. This is to help our sellers stage their homes for the most profit. We use a professional stager as well and if the need arises we have access to furniture and accessories. Our CSP designation keeps us informed of new home trends to again help our clients make wise choices!  Our ABR designation is only held by 5% of agents across the nation and provides our buyers with an unsurpassed level of committment in getting the home of their choice at the best price, with the least amount of hassle. Our CNE designation is over the top in teaching us to be the best negotiator. The education in this field is extremely concetrated and time and time again has proved to be invaluable for our clients. Other agents just don't stand a chance! We are the only office in Southern Oregon with a Certified Mediator and actually two of us are certified.
