| “ Sound Home Inspections looked at our Green Lake (Seattle) home in late May 2013 and recommended roof replacement. We figured it was one of those things that could wait a year or two, especially since we had not experienced any leakage. Then a particularly heavy June rainfall hit. Our living room ceiling subsequently showed pooling stains and plaster separation. Upon further investigation we discovered a leak in our roof near the chimney flashing.
