I am entering my 15th year as a realtor, and am enjoying this phase of my career the most. I've not been at this so long that I am jaded, but not too new at this to not bring my clients exactly what they want.
Referrals are now our strongest source of business, and the trust we've earned with our clients, friends and family members is valued more than anything.
My committment to excellent service before, during and after each transaction is why I believe clients refer business to me. We have babysat, walked dogs, paid for housing and storage, thrown parties and much more, all in the best interest of our clients.
I remember buying and selling my first home before I became a Real Estate professional, I can't remember the names of the agents or the brokerage! How sad is that?
My family owns 1 deli in southern California and has never advertised in i's 46 years and counting! The reason was simple: my parents believed that if you consistanly provided excellent service, your customers would keep coming back and bring freinds who brought friends and so on. Funny that no matter where I go, I will always run into someone who has been at our deli. It really has become one of my greatest lessons in life.
Real Estate is a both a profession I love not just for my livelihood, but because I am making new friends, who are trusting me with the most important financial decision of their lives. So, when I get a client from a referral it makes me feel like I was just handed a diploma for higher education. I value it and do the best I can. With that said, I also must admit that not all referrals will be my clients , that sometimes there are situations I cannot solve and have recognized when to walk away.
Income Properties are my speciality. From small fourplexes to the more complex commercial buildings. The contractual obligations are more detailed and the financial math knowledge a must to master, but I love it!

| We happened to work with Sona Gallatin while trying to sell our townhouse in Van Nuys, CA. Despite withdrawing from the market upon expiration of our term for personal reasons, we have been very happy with services she provided.
