Roland and I have been married for 30 years and have had to relocate a few times over the years. We have been fortunate to be in Tampa Bay Area for many years. But we did travel to Ft. Hood, Texas when Roland was in the Army and then when Roland was in the Coast Guard we lived in Tampa, Elizabeth City NC, and Kodiak Alaska. We have two boys and one is here locally and one is now serviing in the US Army.
When Military orders arrive you have a feeling of excitement and sadness. We try to make the experience of all are relocating families a pleasant one. I have served as a Treeasurer and as a Board of Director for the Central Pasco Board of Realtors. I volunteer at the MacDill Military Housing Office in helping families with questions about the area and the housing market.
We have helped many families at the - The Clearwater Air Station. We have assisted in finding them a home, and then later when transferring assisting them in selling their home. We will also find you an agent to the area you are relocating to for the purchase of your next home.
