I am very focused on my customers needs and I work hard to provide the real estate services that will get them to their goals of either owning or selling a home. I believe in ethical behavior and I pride myself on doing it the right way, not the easiest way. Communication is key, so I make a point to always listen to what my customers needs are, while also communicating how I feel that those needs can best be met for a satisfactory outcome.
I work the transaction, so I am always thinking how to best make it happen while looking at both sides of the equation. My strong negotiating skills is an asset to my customers, as I work to bring the two sides together. I am trained in working with short sales, having taken numerous classes and seminars through out the years, giving me a leg up in the beginning of the cycle, when it was still an infrequent transaction. I am doing more REO transactions right now, also. I have a special affinity for first time home buyers and I find that I have the skill set to work with them in a very comfortable manner. Active Adult Communities are also my area of expertise and I have successfuly worked with many of these buyers and sellers. I have earned the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification which is sanctioned by NAR.
