  Experience and Philosophy: 

Began real estate as a home builder, marketing my own homes. With the market changes, I was recruited by a Community Bank and became an REO agent marketing and maintaining Frontier and Union Bank's distressed and REO inventory throughout Snohomish County. These duties entailed  all phases of marketing, and performing complete value analysis, market trend reports, including entry level and high end inventory.

As a Construction/ Real Estate owner, the experience I gained included acquiring single family lots, managing  construction budgets, accounting, obtaining  financing, processing permits, installing utilities and constructing and marketing single family homes.

Service, flexibility, and creativity are my professional mantras and serving my clients  best interests  is the core of my philosophy. My network extends from the lending industry, to local support business to all phases of the construction industry.  Escrow, title, and all phases of real estate financing  and are among my expertise.

 

Marketing Objective

Every listing that I market has maximum market exposure. The process begins with a thorough evaluation of the subject for maximum return. My eleven point marketing plan is then implemented into place. All listings are assigned separate websites by address featuring focal points and maximum exposure. All calls and requests are answered promptly. My objective to my client is highest return– shortest market time.
