| Sonya Kammel helped my husband and I find our dream rate in 2010, when we refinanced our first home! As first time home buyers, my husband and I were paying a hefty mortgage insurance - Sonya was not the only loan officer we spoke to, but she was the most responsive and helpful, and that is how we made the decision to go with Sonya. I sent Sonya multiple emails (with full lists of questions!), and not only did she reply quickly, but she always seemed to be one step ahead of my questions - her years of experience, without a doubt, helped pull off our seamless and quick refinance. Now that my husband & I are looking to expand our family, we are starting to look at different homes with another bedroom and bath...but we hesitate to lose the great rate Sonya secured for us! If we do end up moving, rest assured that we'll be asking Sonya to help us with all of our financing needs for our next home :) |
