Simplicity provides design services that offer Realtors and sellers a simple way to sell their properties fast.  Our method is unique in our market.  We actually research the competition and create a customized design market analysis to determine exactly what the property needs to stand out from the competition.

Simplicity began staging homes in North Jersey in 2006, when the term "home staging" was relatively unheard of on the east coast. With many properties receiving offers in as quickly as 1 week, the business became one of the most respected in the Morris and Somerset County areas of New Jersey.  In 2010, the company expanded to the Philly Metro area, bringing New York style to the Philadelphia market.
