Originally from Jackson, Mississippi, I spent 26 years of my adult life in Atlanta, Georgia, before finding the perfect area in which to spend the rest of my life-the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay. I have been involved in various aspects of the interior products and interior design business since the 1980's, having owned my own interior design company for several years in Marietta, Georgia. Working with developers creating designs for subdivisions in the Marietta and Roswell areas led to opportunities for me in real estate, and this career is a natural evolution from my former field. Because of my education and experience, not only as a design practitioner, but also as someone who has been renovating homes personally for profit, I am able to envision what a subject property can become, and am able to help my clients with developing plans for any property in which they are interested, but also am able to point my clients to reasonable sources for building materials so that they can achieve the desired outcome and still be able to receive a reasonable return when resell. As the representative for several builders, and for several new neighborhoods in our area, such as River Station, I can help you find a builder or lots for construction. Another area in which I have a good amount of experience is with retirees or empty-nesters looking for a new primary home, investment property or second home, as I live in one of the most desireable retirement communities in the country.
