Anthea was born in Sacramento, raised in Granite Bay, and has had a love for homes since her teenage years. She was an atypical teenager and worked 3 jobs at once to save up for a down payment for her first home, which she purchased at age 19. Investing in real estate soon became her way of life. As a buyer and seller herself, Anthea is sensitive to her clients' needs and her top priority is the desire for her clients to have a very smooth transaction process.
As a former owner-partner of a general construction and interior design company, Anthea has extensive knowledge in the design and building process. She is a great resource for those wanting to engage in new construction and/or remodels.
Anthea lived on the island of Kauai for eight years and worked as a Realtor and as Broker-In-Charge of the fastest growing real estate firm on the island, Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers. She managed 45 agents and brokers, 3 offices, and brokered over 300 transactions in 3 years. Anthea implemented the company's many systems and empowered the agents with the knowledge and power of technology. She trained all 125 agents state-wide on the company systems and worked as the company's personnel manager on top of her daily broker duties. Multi-tasking comes naturally to Anthea. Agents found that technology-based systems helped them to be more efficient, and in turn, made the transaction process much smoother for their clients. Anthea's strong financial skills proved helpful to her position on the Finance Committee of her local real estate board. She was also chosen as the single Kauai island representative to test systems of technology for the Kauai Board of Realtors.
Anthea wanted to bring this advanced technology and her strong marketing philosophy to her hometown that she was already so familar with. After much preparation, passion, and dedication, Sierra Rock Realty Group was born.
Anthea's hobbies include hiking, stand-up paddling, kayaking, and playing the flute. Anthea was featured as a flute soloist on recordings in 2007 and in 2010, with a few members of the Honolulu Symphony in Hawaii.

She is an excellent home staging professional and her financial skills help her assist her buyers and sellers through negotiations during their selling or purchasing process.
