We feel tremendous gratitude for everyone with whom we've shared our three years of business.  Each one of our clients and our associates have walked separate but intersecting roads to reach the highest level of excellence.  You can tell a lot about a person from the paths they have walked.  Here is our path:

After a year with the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) in 2005, we were  individually promoted to begin "Account Manager" training in Chilliwack.  Our friendship began in comparing notes on similar client experiences.  At this point, Scott was expecting twins and was  excited to call Chilliwack "home".  In a couple more years, with us consistently at the top of sales, opportunity  knocked again.  Mike took a position as "Manager of Client Care" (commuting from Chilliwack) in White Rock where he further developed his people management skills.  Beyond our previous business experiences, it is RBC we will always thank for the strong business skill-set and foundation they helped instill into us.  The challenging thing about working for a bank was when our hands were tied to help the customer in home-buying; we were bound by certain rules and regulations that could not change but saw the customer suffer.  We needed to become our own bosses.
