Bottom line...my hearts desire is to serve
Working in the real estate industry has been such a rewarding experience for me; building great relationships is what real estate is all about. We all know that buying or selling a home is one of life's biggest decisions, so communication, dedication to your needs and making the transaction as stress free as possible are of utmost importance! I am committed to helping my clients in any way I possibly can, not just for the duration of the buying and selling process, but for a lifetime. My education is an ongoing process because my clients best interests come first. On a more personal note...I've spent much of my past time volunteering, e.g. raising public awareness of the negative effects pornography has on children; volunteer coordinator with an anti-gang group working with juvenile delinquents and a "Cop Shop" for community outreach. I am currently involved in women's prison ministry helping the process of healing from the inside out due to emotional and physical trauma/abuse. The bottom line...my hearts desire is to help people.

| We had a great experience with Sheryl. She was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. We had requested a very aggresive timeline for closing and Sheryl worked very hard to make that happen for us. |

| This transaction was incredible for all involved. In a VERY short time, the entire process was taken care of. That is due to the fact that all parties were willing to "go the extra mile" to expedite it. I can't thank Sheryl enough for her work to get it all done for us. A great experience! |

| Sheryl helped us find the perfect vacation home. She was very knowledgeable about the area, which was important to us since we only recently relocated to Washington. Sheryl was always in good spirits no matter how many properties we dragged her to. She was very honest in her assessments of a property when asked. We never felt pressured or that any question was too stupid to ask. She was everything we needed in an agent and should we need one again, she will be the person we call. |

| My husband and I were looking to buy a new home near the Key Peninsula, but we were unsure of the circumstances of the market. We found one possibility and Sheryl was available right away to show us the house. It needed a lot of work and a new roof. Sheryl informed us about the possibility of getting a construction loan for this, and helped us with that process. Sheryl helped us find contractors to provide estimates, and was willing to meet with them even when I couldn't be there. Although the first house we wanted fell through when the bank rejected our offer the day before the house went up for auction, Sheryl never relented in helping us find our dream home. We found a nicer home on a bigger lot and we have Sheryl to thank for that. She was knowledgeable about the entire process and helped explain it all to me in terms that I could understand. I highly recommend Sheryl and will certainly use her services if I am ever in the market again. |
