I have been selling Real Estate in South King and Pierce County since 1994. I work with my husband Bob and we work as a Team. We both work with Buyers and Sellers.

I love what I do for a living, I am a people person and I look forward to each and every day meeting new people and helping them with all their Real Estate needs.

Throughout the years I have formed a strong team of individuals that I work with, from Lenders.  Inspectors, Title People, Escrow Officers, and Short Sales Negotiator's. It is very important to have a strong group of individuals that all work well together and perform excellent services.

I believe in Working Hard,  being Honest and working with Morals and Integrity , and also  being Compassionate about your work  makes a Great Real Estate Agent (Broker).

Most of my business is from Referrals from past clients who are extremely satisfied with my Services.

 

Certifications

I have lived in the area most of my life and I am very familiar with South King and North Pierce County. That is real important. You should want to do business with a Broker (Agent) that is familiar with the area.

 

My areas of expertise is working with both Buyers & Sellers. Since my husband and I work as a Team we really get to enjoy all aspects of working with both Buyers and Sellers.

I really enjoy 1st Time Home Buyers. I think it is great how excited they are when you hook them up with a Lender and they find out that they can buy a home. It is especially rewarding to hand them their keys and see how pleased they are.

Experienced Buyers are fantastic to work with! You know what you want, or don't want and you know how the process works.

Working with Sellers I pride myself in Pricing the property correctly up front maximizing the market and getting the Highest possible  Price for their Homes.   It's our job as Brokers to Price right at the beginning of the listing.  I customize a  Marketing Plan for each and every Listing I take. Every Seller has their reason why they are selling and each Marketing Plan takes that all into account.

 

I enjoy working with Investors. It's challenging sometimes to find that great deal, but it's always to be found. Quick closings, and back on the market.

Short Sales are a big part of our Real Estate Industry, they have been around for many years. I list the Short Sale and I have a great Negotiator that is Real Good at her job! and many, many happy Sellers.

We mentioned to both Bob and Sheri that we were thinking about buying some property on the other side of the mountains to be closer to our dad. The next week Bob and Sheri call us and drive us over to look at a vacant lot three lots down from our Fathers house. We closed on the deal in three week. Bob and Sheri have been both outstanding agents. They are very helpful, informative, kind and courteous. We have a boy with special needs and they were amazing finding us a home to suit our needs. The Sinclair Team Bob and Sheri were unbelievable. They both were professional and friendly. They found us a home that we didn't think we could afford in a great neighborhood. Their burning the midnight oil and insisting on a cover letter to the Seller is what got us our house. There were three other offers, but because of their professionalism and them letting the Seller know that we just loved the house the minute we walked in, we didn't get into a bidding war. The contract was nice and clean and both the other agent and Seller could see that The Sinclair Team was working hard on making sure the offer was accepted. I would recommend them to anyone.

Both Bob and Sheri went above and beyond to sell our house. It was a Short Sale before they became more of a norm. Sheri would call and call and talk to the banks all the time, she wouldn't take no for an answer and told them to come and look at the house, it's not worth what you want to counter back to us at. The bank did send someone. We were able to close on the house. We were able to close that chapter in our lives and move on. We are very great full for everything that Bob and Sheri did for us. I would recommend using The Sinclair Team for all your Real Estate Needs.

The market was hot, house were selling in one day with multiple offers, contingency clauses and escalator clauses. I didn't want to get in a bidding war and over pay. The Sinclair Team's knowledge in contracts and negotiating skills made my offer the best and the strongest. The cover letter that they wrote about me wanting the home didn't hurt either. I didn't get in a bidding war or over pay. I would recommend using Bob and Sheri Sinclair if you have any need to purchase or sell Real Estate.

The Sinclair Team was everything I could have asked for in a Real Estate Agents. I was a first time home buyer and I had lots of questions and they answered all with a smile on their faces. I didn't have a lot of money and they both worked hard at finding me my new home and getting me all the closing costs that I needed from the seller. I love being a homeowner and I would recommend anyone using The Sinclair Team Bob and Sheri.

When Sheri listed our home, our home was very challenging to price. Our home is very unique and not many comparable comps listed on the MLS. Sheri took her time, researched tax records and private sales and came up with a list price. We were very comfortable with her pricing, Sheri surpassed our expectations when we received an offer at full price and the appraisal came in $25,000 low. Because of Sheri's vast knowledge and her effort on researching comps, she was able to give that information to the Lender and have the appraisal adjusted. I'm confident that Sheri would provide the same unsurpassed service to any seller and buyer that she represents. We would not hesitate to use Sheri's services again in the future.
