We have a customer satisfaction score of 93%, and we still don't know why the one customer said they would not come back; I guess you can not please all of the people all of the time, but we do try. We have extremely low prices, we know what it takes to get a person into a home and we do not hide any costs. We pride ourseves on providing affordable housing, and providing a home the meets the buyers wants and needs. We pay attention to our buyers budgetary constraints, and help them choose the best home for their needs. We publish all of our prices on line and you can see them right upfront. We do not mark up the construction costs or options.
