| I am so absolutely fortunate that Sharlene was recommended by a family member. During the looking process she was available, never pushy and acknowledged my concerns. When the right property was found she worked to see that my offer was the one accepted. From offer acceptance to close she tayed on top of things so that I never had to worry. Since I was out of state that was most helpful. On a scale of one to ten with ten being the best, I would have to give Sharlene a twenty!!! |

| I thought selling my mom's house was going to be a big hassle. Sharlene gave us lots of great ideas to bring the house up to date with fixtures and color selection. The stager she recommended did a fantastic job and really added to the overall transformation of the house. With her help we sold within a few days of listing and had 6 offers to choose from. |

| I can't say enough about the outstanding service I received from Sharlene. I moved to San Francisco two years ago but kept my house until the market recovered. When it did, Sharlene jumped into action. Sharlene went over and above the call of duty on a daily basis, acting on my behalf and guiding me into making the right decisions when I couldn't always physically be present. I feel like I owe her additional money for being my "therapist" as well LOL. I HIGHLY recommend Sharlene, whether you're a buyer or a seller. This process is not easy and I wouldn't want to do it again without her help. |

"She will find you the home that you will love." And yes, she did. We flew in from NYC (a relocation) with anxiety and expectations to find a place in three days.
