I have been selling real estate since 1997. I am currently with ReMAX Professionals which consists of 6 office locations throughout Maricopa County. I am the team leader of "DIBIASE TEAM". We have a team of 3 full time agents and 2 assistants that make up the DiBiase Team. We enjoy selling real estate and look forward to each new day in this changing real estate market. We are constantly staying educated and informed of how to help homeowners in this complex industry. I have my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), Platinum Certified on the Equator system and I am REO certified with the 5 Star Institute of Real Estate. Our team has closed over 700 REO properties from 2009-2011. We are well versed in Short Sales, REO properties and Traditional Sales.
Our focus is selling homes in the west valley (Phoenix) area. We service Phoenix, Peoria, Glendale, Goodyear, Scottsdale, Arrowhead, Surprise, Goodyear, Litchfield, Tolleson & Paradise Valley. We are well versed in Short Sales, REO properties and traditional sales. Short Sales are especially complicated these days. The banks are changing the programs rapidly. Sellers need a knowledgeable agent who won't take 'No' for an answer when the banks respond to your buyer's offer. We follow up on our short sales on a weekly basis monitoring the process until closing. In 2010, our team received Top 10 Teams in the Southwest Region and Top 100 agents with RE/MAX International in the US for 2010.
