I can only say that I love REAL ESTATE, meeting people, and making them happy with a new home. I have lived in Kershaw, SC all of my life and enjoy small town living and the people here. I love horseback riding, dancing, and my grandson most in this world. I am very civic minded and President of our local 'Chamber of Commerce', active in the politics of our town, and an active board member of the Kershaw Community Park Council (KCPC). I'm single with one son that is a retiree from the Marine Corp. and now lives in Kershaw. My 'extended' family includes so many of my clients that I've done business with in the past. I've actually had some to move to Kershaw, instead of a surrounding town, because they liked 'me'. What better compliment could ANYONE get??? I thank God for the LOVE he has placed in me for others and blessing me with so many 'caring' friends and family!
I LOVE to work with '1st time buyers'! They need special care, attention, and guidance to buy that first home. They need an agent that's caring and patient, as they feel their way through, what they may think is a 'maze'. I love to make their experience fun and meaningful. I also specialize in being very accommodating to my clients and looking after their needs with the home inspector, termite co., attorney, heat/air co., mortgage co. and whoever else needs to be dealt with. I want my client to KNOW that everything is being looked after and that their agent is in control of the situation and looking after 'their best interest'.
