My mission was to help New Hampshire sellers increase the emotional appeal of their property and sell for the best price in the shortest time.  I was dedicated and committed to providing a professional, affordable, resourceful, creative and effective approach to each home I transformed. I really enjoyed my work!

Home Staging requires a flair for organization and attention to detail. These skills are not only invaluable to clients listing their home for sale, but also to homeowners who have a design challenge or are looking for a fresh, updated look.

My home staging business specialized in "owner occupied" listings. But, like most home stagers, I also offered consultations for vacant properties.

                                          Making a Great First Impression

You only get that "just listed" buzz once...you want the house at it's ideal showing condition when traffic and the house's price are at their highest.  It's all about first impression.  Your best chance of getting closest to asking price is within the first two weeks.

A small investment in home staging can make a significant difference in the outcome of your sale.

I retired in 2020, but I still enjoy helping sellers and frustrated home owners create fresh new looks whenever possible.

My blog, for both the real estate industry and home owners, is dedicated to sharing information and tips related to home staging and home organization.

I was the first Home Stager in New Hampshire to receive the Real  Estate Staging Association’s  “RESA-Pro”  designation.

My passion and obsession with organization began as a child when I tried to convince my friends that cleaning closets was more fun than playing outside.

From an early age I’ve been the go-to source for home decorating and re-design advice for family and friends.

I started my professional home staging business in 2006 after helping a friend who was a real estate agent prepare a million dollar listing for sale.
