Professional Profile:I got my first taste of the Real Estate business in 1995 when I bought and sold my first piece of investment property. I received my Real Estate License in 2002 and continue expanding my knowledge of Real Estate by receiving my e-Pro (Internet Marketing) and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designations. Continuing my education has allowed me to offer a greater quality of service to my clients, and allows me to remain in the forefront of the industry. There are so many aspects of the business that I enjoy, but if forced to pick my favorites I would have to say working with 1st time-home-buyers and helping investors to maximize rental equities are my two top two. The single most important skill I poses, and I feel every realtor needs is that of a good listener because it is not until I truly knows someone else's goals that I can serve their inner needs.
Personal Profile:Prior to 2001 my life was headed in a completely different direction from Real Estate. I love music and was considering a career involving composing and teaching at a University. Although my career path changed I still keep music close to me and am still looking to find ways to satisfy my desires to teach. I enjoy providing my clients valuable information and also hope to help educate the community through seminars and teaching within the Real Estate community.
My primary focus is mostly in residential and commercial investments. I have invested in and sold my own multifamily and rental properties, so I can speak from good experiances. I am currently working on a program targeted at non-owner occupants who may not be realizing the returns they might desire when showed how :)
I have worked with everyone from first-time home buyers, first time investors, relocations, to seniors looking to down-size and larger multifamily investments. I also should mention I have lived in Oregon my whole life and I can work more rural areas inside Lane County with experience. But what’s more important then what I have done is how I will treat any referral/client with the careful attention they all deserve

| Mr. Persinger did an excellent job selling my home in a short period of time, and I was extremely satisfied with his service. He kept me informed and sent all the paperwork and documents to me expeditiously. Being that I am an out of state owner, this service was particularly helpful to me. In the future, if I need any real estate services, I would be pleased to have Mr. Persinger represent me again. |

| I listed my property with Shane on a Thursday and he brought me a pre-approved offer the next Monday for the price I was seeking. I was thrilled when the sale of my home happened ahead of schedule.
