Sean Shallis combines two decades worth of marketing and sales experience with his world renowned relocation relationships and experience with The Weichert Family of Companies.

He owned and operated the Christies Great Estate’s Real Estate Affiliate in Northern New Jersey before joining forces with the The Weichert Family of Companies in 2008. He specializes in working with the world’s most exclusive clientele. His personal VIP client list includes CEO’s, CFO’s and Direct Level Executives for Fortune 500 and International companies. He also represents some of the world’s most influential individuals, families and persons of influence. Families like Morris County’s Dupont’s and Dodge’s trust Sean Shallis for their real estate needs.

Most recently, Sean has been called upon by the senior management of several professional sports teams based in Morris County. Aiding and supporting contract negotiations of prospective players, as well as coaching staffs has been indispensable. Working closely with the management, players and agents, he has been able to add extremely attractive relocation options for the prospective families and individuals which add value to the team’s overall Unique Value Proposition (USP).

Sean Shallis is an expert in the marketing and sales of residential and commercial property, and experienced in site development, new construction, condo conversions, property management and management of renovations and on-site construction. He has strong working relationships with many prestigious firms like Toll Brothers, K. Hovnanian Homes, Pulte Homes, Lennar Homes, amongst others. Sean attended New York University’s real estate program and has completed various accredited course works ranging from advanced sales and marketing techniques to interior design and community development. Prior to his start in the real estate industry, he served in the United States Army, where he was trained as an Airborne Ranger and received the “Expert Infantryman’s Award.”

Sean is a member of the Garden State MLS, New Jersey Association of Realtors, Executive Relocation Commission and Liberty Board of Realtors, participates in several Multi-Millionaire Masterminds/Mentoring Groups and is a recipient of the New Jersey Association of Realtors “Circle of Excellence Award.”

He credits his passion and ability to understand clients’ needs as the keys to his success in helping clients realize their long and short-term goals. In what is often the most important transaction in a customer’s life, he is as much a confidant and financial advisor to his clients as he is a real estate broker. His 20 years of industry experience enable him to provide his customers with the service, advice, and guidance that are critical to the successful closing of any real estate deal. Under Sean's stewardship, his team of experts has been able to exceed industry standards for sales, asking price, and listings.

He resides in East Hanover, NJ with his wife Joanne and daughters Katie and Patsy.
