Hello everyone. My name is Sean Fogarty, owner of Fogarty Inspection Services. I have many years of experience working in the residential construction field and performing home maintenance as well as renovations.  I'm also a former licensed Realtor in the state North Carolina.

I began doing home inspections full time in 2008. I am well aware of how the real estate process works and what agents have to deal with on a daily basis.  The biggest complaint I hear about home inspectors from Realtors is the comments they make to the buyers. They either do a poor job all around, or they over exaggerate things to the point of scaring the perspective buyer away from a perfectly good home. My goal is to provide an unbiased report. I do my job, explain things in terms that my clients can understand. My reports are always available the same day. I'm also happy to answer questions before, during or after the inspection. My services always exceed minimum standards and I strive to be the best in my field.

Our services include all aspects of home inspections, mold testing, well water testing for VA and/or FHA loans, lateral sewer pipe scoping, and pool inspections. We can also schedule other services as well, including termite inspections if needed.
