Pam began her career in Real Estate Investing in 2002 when she bought her first investment property on one of the beautiful Gulf Islands. That property has since jumped in value more than seven times over and has sparked a passion and focus to build wealth and financial freedom through sophisticated Real Estate investing.
She then began purchasing rental properties in Nanaimo and became a joint partner in a Prince George property. In the fall of 2007 she handled the flip for a JV partner completing the project in three weeks within a very tight budget. Pam's formal education is in Social Services, Fashion Design and Interior Design and she holds a Diploma in all three disciplines. But several years ago, after reading Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad, Poor Dad, Pam found her calling and began her education in the world of entrepreneurship. She began researching and studying Real Estate Investment strategies by attending workshops, seminars, and weekend conferences, took classes and joined Real Estate Investment groups, which led her finally to the development of Seize The Day Real Estate Investments.
Pam worked as the Operations Manager for a large Property Management company in Vancouver where she honed her skills organizing and managing people and projects, co-ordinating massive renovations (to 507 suites) and negotiating between tenants and owners. Her next job as Executive Housekeeper took her to a busy seasonal hotel in the Yukon where she put her organizing and managing skills to work opening and closing the hotel every year. She became adept at team building, project co-ordination, and thinking fast on her feet.
She is currently the founder and principal designer of Center Stage home staging and redesign a company that prepares homes for a fast and profitable real estate sale as well as being the founder of Seize The Day Real Estate Investments. Her passion is Real Estate, her love is Interior Design and her desire is to help people realize their dreams and true potential by building a safe and secure financial future together.

We work with our experienced team members of professionals, trades people, and advisors at every step to ensure the highest possible rate of return on investment
You the Joint Venture Partner: provide all purchase costs including: down payment, closing costs, reserve fund, repairs or upgrades and carry the mortgage and receive a 50% ownership in the property. Each property will be specifically chosen to provide cash flow after all monthly expenses have been paid to be held in property bank account to cover any unforeseen expenses so that further capital expenditures will not be necessary. Some properties may be purchased and renovated to increase revenue potential. Renovation costs will be included in financial calculations.
