Wherever you are buying or selling, I'd be happy to help.  My speciality is in New Jersey & Pennsylvania real estate, however I am more than happy to refer you to an out-of-state agent (I will personally select an agent for you to work with) so please don't hesitate to ask me.

If you are selling, I always think it is wise we meet and go over real estate strategies on how best to sell a home at a time that makes the most financial sense for you.  With the fluctuations in the real estate market, it's helpful to know what your home would (honestly) sell for, and I strive for honesty in my business.  When you are ready, I will customize a marketing plan specific to your home, to ensure you are receiving the best coverage for your specific property.  Then we await showings, feedback, and ultimately a contract (negotiated to a price which makes sense for both you & for today's market).  I will be with you to close, offering my insight & guidance during the contract process...and will celebrate with you on that wonderful closing day.

If you are buying, I will happily guide you through the process, starting with a consultation to find out what your top 3 priorities are in your new home (so your final decision is an easy one).  Then a pre-approval (so you know what price point you are realistically comfortable with) from one my trusted mortgage representatives.  Searching for a home is always fun, and I will gladly offer my interior design eye & opinions to allow you to "see" the home your viewing, in a new light (if need be).  After selecting your perfect home, I will explain the contract to you, submit it, and negotiate on your behalf (keeping your spirits up, if negotiations don't go as planned).  From contract to close, I will continue as your guide...overcoming roadblocks with you...and again, celebrating with you at the closing table.
