MetLife Home Loans a division of MetLife, is a direct mortgage lender who provides all types of home loans. Weather the client is credit challanged, or has a perfect credit history, we may have a loan for them. We provide loans all over the country.
As a direct lender, we service our loans, and do not sell them at the closing table or shortly after closing, causing confusion with the client. This could possibly cause late payments showing up on the credit report which will affect their credit score. This happens from time to time when a client mails in their payment and while doing so, the mortgage is sold to another company. By the time the client gets notice of this, the payment may already be late thus causing the heartache of having to correct this with the credit agencies and lenders.
We strive to provide excellent customer service.
"Lending for Life"
While living and working in the raleigh market, I have processed and closed between 600 and 700 mortgage loans for all types of buyers. These include conventional, government, non-prime and construction to permanent loans. These loans were provided to all types of borrowers: first time buyers, move up buyers, move down buyers, and refinances.
My career started with a mortgage broker where I attained "Gold Club" status. While working here, my employeer provided me with the experience of working with both prime and non-prime borrowers. Realizing this was to become my 2nd career, I put together a plan of where I wanted to go in the mortgage lending industry. I decided that I wanted to be with a top lender, and to specialize in the new home market. After several years with the mortgage broker, I decided to move on to a builders mortgage company. Since they are considererd a "tract builder", I learned how to process both VA and FHA government loans. With the knowledge gained from both of these companies, I moved onto a national mortgage company where I was instrumental in putting together builder/lender relationships.
Now I am with MetLife Home Loans, a very strong mortgage company, bank, and insurance company. I decided to move over to a bank for this is the final step in my career path. I wanted to get in with a national lender that has an excellent reputation. While here I have taken my experience from all my previous employment opportunities and have applied them here, where I am establishing builder/lender, realtor/lender relationships, and providing all types of mortgage loans.
I am a licensed mortgage professional providing mortgage loans in the Raleigh Durham NC market. I am able to provide all types of loans: construction to perm, conventional, government, and non-prime.
