Scotchie is an Associate Broker at Keller Williams Realty, and since entering the market in 2000 he has helped over 1,000 Buyers and Sellers achieve their Real Estate goals.  He has developed a team and system that allows him provide all of his clients with exceptional service.  In 2009, after having much success helping his clients buy and sell in the “traditional” market for over 9 years, The Scotchie Cochran Team became a listing broker for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, beating out 450 other applicants statewide.
