I really enjoy helping people achieve their desire to be homeowners. There is no greater feeling then to hear the voice of a person on the other end of the phone say "Thank you!" or "That was easy!?!" when you call to inform them that their loan as closed and they are now homeowners. It doesn't matter whether they are first time homeowners or move up buyers, they both have a dream and a desire to own that home. I also find that people don't want to know how the loan process works (I will explain every step to you as we go thru it). They just want to know that they can get approved AND become homeowners.
