Steve has worked in the Real Estate and Mortgage Industries for over 25 years, first as a licensed Real Estate Professional in Maryland and for the past 22 years as a Mortgage Consultant and Branch Manager. As a Market Leader at Movement Mortgage, Steve's primary role is to introduce the fastest growing Mortgage Company in the country, as recognized by INC Magazine, into the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast.

Steve has a passion for teaching and is a Certified Continuing Education Instructor for Maryland Real Estate Professionals as well as a Nationally Certified Instructor for the Wells Fargo Academy where he has assisted in writing and facilitating sales skills curriculum.  Steve has presented his Mortgage Sales Practices to many companies nationwide, including Wells Fargo, Real Living Mortgage, Home Services Lending, American Southern Mortgage, Sibcy-Cline Mortgage, and many others.

A perennial Top Producer, Steve's many awards include national recognition in Wells Fargo's LEADERS CLUB for 8 consecutive years as wells as a PRESIDENT'S CLUB award for being a top 10 Manager with Wells Fargo nationally and a member of Prosperity's Elite Team and President's Club. 

Steve attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with an education in Theatre Arts; Steve resides in Bel Air, Maryland with his wife Carla, his 21 year old Daughter Samantha and his 17 year old son Garrett.
