Buying or selling a home (or property) is no small undertaking in life. It can be confusing and stressful. I'm here to make it easy for you. You deserve excellent service, integrity, honesty and professionalism and that is what I provide my clients.
As a REALTOR®, I have been licensed since 2000 and have many years of experience in the Real Estate and Customer Service field. I am fully cross trained in all aspects of the real estate transaction, including mortgage, inspection, appraisal, title and escrow. I've built a reputation for being thorough, reliable and resourceful. I love what I do, and am continually adding to my knowledge in order to guide and protect my clients effectively and successfully in their purchase and selling of real estate.
Washington is my home. I work in all of Snohomish county and parts of King and Skagit counties, serving both buyers and sellers. I live in Arlington and enjoy my local community. I hold an Associate Brokers license which is the same license you need to have your own brokerage.  There is many more hours of training involed as well as passing a more rigorous test with a higher score than a salesperson/agent has to.

I also hold a few different designations.  They include the following:

ABR - ACCREDITED BUYERS REPRESENTATIVE

A real estate buyer's representative represents the buyer who is purchasing property in a real estate transaction.  Research by the National Association of REALTORS has shown that when a buyer's representative is used, the prospective buyer found a home one week faster and examined three more properties than consumers who did not use a buyer's representative.

The buyer's representative works for, and owes fiduciary responsibilities to, the real estate buyer and has buyer's best interests in mind throughout the entire real estate process.  A buyer's representative will: 

Evaluate the specific needs and wants of the buyer and locate properties that fit those specifications.  Assist the buyer in determining the amount that they can afford (pre-qualify), and show properties in that price range and locale.  Assist in viewing properties -- accompany the buyer on the showings, or preview the properties on behalf of the buyer to insure that the identified specifications are met.  Research the selected properties to identify any problems or issues to help the buyer make an informed decision prior to making an offer to purchase the property.  Advise the buyer on structuring an appropriate offer to purchase the selected property.  Present the offer to the seller's agent and the seller on the buyer's behalf.  Negotiate on behalf of the buyer to help obtain the identified property -- keeping the buyer's best interests in mind.  Assist in securing appropriate financing for the selected property.  Provide a list of potential qualified vendors (e.g. movers, attorneys, carpenters, etc.) if these services are needed.  Most importantly, fully-represent the buyer throughout the real estate transaction.

Certifications

I specialize in Residential Home Resale including single family residences, condo, acerage and more.  I love working with first time homebuyers as well as moving up buyers and empty nesters.  I have the ability to hand hold as much or as little as needed.

I primarily work in and around Snohomish County including the cities of Arlington, Stanwood, Marysville, Lake Stevens, Granite Falls, Everett, Lynnwood & Bothell.  I also sell in parts of North King and South Skagit Counties.
